I LOVE traveling and I love everything that leads up to it. The research, getting just the right gear, heck I even love thinking about budgeting for it.

What I don't love is how much time it takes. I want one website that has done the research from start to finish. I want to see the range of experiences that I could have given different budgets and where it's worth spending the money.

I'm constantly telling my girlfriends that they actually CAN afford to travel and it can change their lives if they do. I'm hear to tell you, and show you the exact same thing.

How I think about Travel (and money!)

I run a mid-size nonprofit that feeds children. I don't have a lot of time or money to spend on travel so I have to make sure that it's worth it. I have found a way to take at least two international trips a year. Every year I tick a trip of a lifetime off my bucket list. I believe you can too.

I don’t believe in gatekeeping information.

I don’t believe in pretending budget doesn’t matter.

And I definitely don’t believe women need to “wait until someday.”
